Shipping policy
Flat Rate Shipping (Mainland US):
All orders ship at a flat rate of $19.95 within the mainland U.S.
Free Shipping (Mainland US):
Orders over $250 ship for free within the mainland U.S.
Shipping Outside Mainland U.S.:
Shipping to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and other locations is available but will be charged separately and may incur higher costs.
Processing Times:
- Standard orders are processed and fulfilled within 3-4 business days on average.
- Rush orders are processed within 1-2 business days and incur an additional fee. You can select rush options at checkout.
Oversize Frames:
Oversize frames may incur an additional shipping fee. This fee will be clearly noted on the frame's product page. Options will be presented for fully-assembled or ready-to-assemble shipping costs.
Shipping Carriers:
We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Our default shipping method is standard ground or ground advantage.
Expedited shipping is available upon request. To request expedited shipping (such as overnight or 2-day air), select the option under "Shipping Method" at checkout. Expedited shipping is billed separately.
Manage Deliveries:
If you have any special delivery requirements for shipped orders, you will need to contact the carrier directly to make arrangements.

To manage UPS deliveries sign up for UPS My Choice.
To manage USPS deliveries sign up for USPS Informed Delivery.
Local Delivery:
Local delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on distance from our shop.
Delivery within 9 miles is free. Enter the delievry address at checkout to see rates.
Pickup:
We are open for pickup Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
