Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

All frames, including cut-to-order and made-to-order frames, are eligible for return or exchange, subject to a 30% restocking fee. This fee covers the cost of disassembling and repurposing materials. Frames must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging without any hardware attached or holes made in the frame.

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at info@articient.com or 843-212-6881. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can make it right. All damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Articient will cover all shipping costs to resolve the issue, and a return of the incorrect item may be required.

Refunds and Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
