The Grove Dull Italian Gold frame was perfect for my Native American portrait for the broadmoor. The dull finish perfectly complemented the historic yet modern subject matter. The construction was A+++ and corners were perfect. I so appreciate the care taken in creating the frame and also shipping it with corners protected and in a very sturdy box. I will be buying more frames!

I love the frame, but do have a couple of suggestions. First, only one pilot hole per side on the float frame really isn't enough in my opinion. I always attach 2 screws per side to make sure everything is secure. Second, the provided screws are longer than they should be for the depth of frame I purchased. The depth was 15/16" and the stretcher bars are 1/2", I always measure screws before using them and I could tell before I even measure that your provided 1 1/4" were to long. Thankfully, I had 1" screws that worked better, but I suggest including either 3/4" or 1" screws with float frames of 15/16" depth. Other than those two things, I love the frame and my painting look beautiful!

This was my 1st time trying an Articient frame. I chose to assemble it myself. The frame components came very well packaged, with clear instructions and sufficient materials. The frame sections are very high quality. The joints are precise and clean. The assembly was straight forward and the completed frame is beautiful.
